5 Disgusting Things Commonly Found In Montana Homes
Spring is often when folks tear into their homes and perform a deep clean.
Having two dogs, this seems more like a weekly occurrence for us.
Many people will take this time of the year to scrub down the hard-to-reach placing, move furniture, or even clean out the cabinets.
But there are a few everyday things that people often overlook.
I started looking into some of the most disgusting things found in homes and stumbled across an article from USA Today, which inspired me to write this article.
Here are five things you want to consider when performing your deep clean this spring.
Cutting Boards, Sponges, Shower Loofahs, and Toilet Brushes
All of these fit into the same relative category.
They all harbor germs, should be replaced frequently, and are often forgotten about. Spend a few bucks and get new ones.
Kitchen Sink
Think about all the nastiness that ends up in your sink.
Raw meat juice, dirty dishes, you name it.
Grab a good disinfectant and scrub that thing down.
Stove Top Burners and Oven
Cleaning the stove and oven can be a pain, especially when food is stuck on molten lava.
Whether you have old-school electric burners, a glass top, or gas, utilize your spring clearing time to tear into your stovetop and oven so those spills don't bake on even more!
Coffee Machine
I'm so guilty of not cleaning the coffee pot.
Hear me out; it ruins the flavor, right?
One way or another, you really should clean that gunk out of there.
If nothing else, your coffee maker will last longer.
Showers and Tubs
Every time you use one of these, they get rinsed out, right? Wrong!
Soap scum is a bear, don't wait until it's too late to scrub down your shower and tub.
