When CodeRED is Utilized

The CodeRED system is only utilized for community safety, property, production, and welfare.

Various alerts may be issued, such as Amber alerts, instructions for emergency actions, advisories, or evacuation notices.

Cascade County residents are not automatically added to this service; you must sign up.

CodeRED messages are identifiable by specific caller IDs: 866-419-5000 for Emergency messages and 855-969-4636 for General messages.

Much like residents, businesses are asked to provide contact information for effective communications.
