What Happened at McDonald's in Montana?
That question can relate to several recent incidents over the last few months including a story we shared with you back in November 2025 about a shooting at an apartment complex here in Great Falls. Reports say that incident began following a confrontation at a nearby McDonald's.
Then, we shared with you a story about McDonald's adding a fourth location in Great Falls which was met with much dismay from the community.

Every time one of those incidents took place, I always wondered how the everyday employees navigate the attention these events drew.
Like, imagine the guy or girl who came in on their day off to work. They're working the fry station, and the next thing you know, something happens that draws statewide media attention. How do they handle that?
