Color Fun Run to End Child Abuse Coming to Great Falls This June
Many of us would agree that keeping the children of our community safe is a top priority. Whether you're a parent or in a position of authority, there's always a way to keep the kids safe.
And pretty soon, there will be a family-friendly event coming up in Great Falls that will help end child abuse.
2026 Color Fun Run in Great Falls
The Dandelion Foundation is inviting families across the area to participate in the Color Fun Run happening at Elk's Riverside Park Pavilion in Great Falls on June 6, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
Adults can participate for just $35 and kids ages 7 to 18 are just $10. That means kiddos under the age of 7 are free to enter and yes, strollers are welcome.
Pets, however, are not allowed.

Participants have their choice between the 1 mile and 5K and can walk or run either. There is also an opportunity to go for a competitive time to spice things up a bit!

Racing is near and dear to my heart, so this event also means a lot to me," Dandelion Foundation President and GFPD Detective, Abby Rodseth said in an interview with 560 KMON, "Personally, running was my outlet growing up and it just turned into a lifelong passion that I still pursue competitively today."
"But what makes this run even more meaningful is that every dollar raised supports the Dandelion Foundation's mission to prevent child abuse, neglect, and family violence right here in our community."
