Original Story: Mailed Fentanyl Pills Caused Overdose Death Of Great Falls Man

According to the reports, Clark was mailing small quantities of fentanyl from Tennessee to his friend in Great Falls.

This drug transaction took place between February 2021 and April 2022.

On April 5, 2022, a friend in Great Falls received fentanyl from Clark, and that evening, both the recipient of the fentanyl and his wife ingested the drug.

This led to John Doe's wife calling 911 in the early morning hours of April 6, 2022, reporting that her husband had overdosed on fentanyl.

Once law enforcement arrived, they found Doe unresponsive and was later pronounced dead.

The autopsy on Doe did confirm that he died from fentanyl intoxication.

Numerous pills found in the home were identified as fentanyl, and Doe's wife admitted that the drug had been sent to them through the mail.
