Guy with “Susie” Tattoo Escapes From Great Falls Pre-Release.

You have to wonder how a guy charged with such a serious offense like kidnapping is allowed to stay at a  Great Falls pre-release center, but it happened.  And now he's on the loose after escaping Saturday.

Dustin Red Dog, 35, was sentenced to ten years in the state prison for kidnapping a woman in a bizarre story out of Glasgow.  Red Dog along with his friend, Richard Jenkins were both found guilty of kidnapping a woman, tying her up and burning her with cigarettes.  They wanted the woman to drive them to Havre which she eventually did.   According to reports they also pushed a sewing needle into another woman's knee.  That woman had to have surgery to get the needle out.  During the trial for Jenkins, it was learned that the two men told the woman she had to learn to  control pain.

Red Dog also have three other felony convictions in which he was serving time for.  One was attempted theft out of Yellowstone county and another for drugs, also out of Yellowstone.   His fourth felony is for failing to register as a violent offender.

He is described as Native American,  6'2" tall and 230 pounds with several tattoos including one on the right side of the neck  that says "Susie."  He also has a tattoo on his chest that says, "Native Pride."
