Illegal alien arrested in Montana

A Honduran National has been arrested for entering the United States illegally. 38 year old Marco, Antonio Cruz-Soriano was apprehended by the U-S Border Patrol and Toole County authorities last month. He pleaded not guilty to a charge of illegal reentry of a removed alien in a Great Falls Federal Courtroom.

He faces ten years in federal prison. He's being held without bond in the Cascade County Jail.
