MT Pool Predicament: What’s The Absolute Latest Time To Take It Down
My husband and I are in disagreement of when to take down the Summer swimming pool. While this is the first year we have ever had a pool, the kids have absolutely LIVED in the pool all summer.
My husband was the main person to do the pool maintenance, cleaning and scooping leaves out of it, that sort of thing. So he decided he was ready to take the pool down BEFORE SCHOOL STARTED.

I say this because almost a month later we are still experiencing warmer weather where the kids could totally be enjoying our pool in the backyard if it were still up.
So, settle the question for me...
How Long Should You Leave A Backyard Pool Up In Montana?
I think to make the most out of the purchase, leaving it up until we see snow. Some people would say that they don't want to have to put the pool away while there is snow on the ground. However, it is pretty common in Montana to get snow and instantly have it melt away the next day while we are still in Fall.

I could easily see wanting to put the pool away while it is dry as well to make sure no mold gets trapped while its stored for the winter. But I think that August was too early to put the pool away.
