Fundraising for a Cause is the Big Reason Firefighters Make the Trek
Besides showcasing the amazing abilities of our local firefighters and those from across the country, the event is a fundraiser for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and honors firefighters, friends, and family members who have battled cancer.
In making the social media announcement, GFFR stated that:
Our members took in this challenge not only to support this amazing cause but also climbed in honor of those close to them who have fought this disease. Every step was a reminder that no one fights cancer alone. We're proud of these members for representing Great Falls Fire Rescue and supporting an important cause for our fire service family.
