The Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour is set to return to Great Falls, hosted at the Davidson Family Auditorium within Great Falls High School on January 12 at 6:30 pm.

The event aims to raise funds for the Great Falls Ski Patrol, marking a continued collaboration between the Patrol and Great Falls Public Schools.

Former KRTV news anchor Shannon Newth will take on the role of Master of Ceremonies for the evening.

Banff Film Festival Details

Tickets, priced at $20, are available on the Great Falls Ski Patrol website or at Bighorn Outdoor Specialists.

The proceeds directly contribute to the operational needs of the Great Falls Ski Patrol, facilitating advanced training and the procurement of emergency and first aid supplies.

This year's film selection promises an exciting experience, presented on a large screen in the Davidson Auditorium, featuring high-energy, entertaining, and thought-provoking content.

The lineup includes the showing of "Ride Another Day," accompanied by a discussion with the family, and the world Theatrical Premiere of "Return to Waldron," spotlighting local snowboarders in the Bob Marshall National Wilderness.

Attendees can participate in a raffle boasting local and national prize packages, such as ski and stay offerings from Cougar Canyon in Monarch and Bob’s Bar in Neihart.
