"The Sheriff’s Office arrived on scene and located a victim who sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his body. He was transported to Bozeman Health for treatment and later discharged."
I'm both thankful and impressed that the person was able to be discharged shortly after taking "multiple" gunshot wounds. That sounds like one tough individual!
Belgrade Shooting Suspect
Law enforcement says they know who's behind the shooting and from the way it sounds ... it's only a matter of time until they catch him.
"The Sheriff’s Office has identified the suspect and it appears as though he has fled the area and is no longer in Gallatin County," GCSO says. "This is an active investigation and we will keep the public informed as we learn more."

"To preserve the integrity of the investigation, we will release the names of those involved once arrest warrants are served."
Man, someone is in BIG trouble. It's highly likely they already know there this person's at or heading. The fact they don't have to ask for the public's help should be a good indicator that an arrest is imminent.
Gallatin County Sheriff's Office extended their thanks to "local fire, medical, and emergency management for their assistance in this investigation." They also included Belgrade Police Department, Bozeman Police Department, and Montana Highway Patrol in their thanks.
