Full Recap of Topics Discussed in Cascade County Sheriff’s Online Q&A
You know, one of the best things about living in Cascade County and this area in general, is that everybody knows everybody. Well, at least it seems that way.
But because of that, I feel like communication between our local leaders and the public can be as strong as it wants to be if both sides put forth the effort.
Recently, we saw both sides come together in the form of a public Q&A between Cascade County Sheriff Jesse Slaughter and the people of Cascade County.

Sheriff Slaughter Answers Your Questions
Sheriff Slaughter gave the public a chance to ask questions about anything and everything. Now, he was transparent about a lot of things but there were some questions that were off-limits.
In particular, a question about one's employment process and that's not a question Sheriff Slaughter could legally answer.

That said, pretty much everything was on the table and I even got the chance to ask him a question... as if I don't ask him enough!
I watched the entire thing and compiled a list of the top topics covered along with key quotes from Sheriff Slaughter that you can dive into below if you don't have the time to sit and watch or simply want a recap.
