Shocking Time Change Health Impacts You Need To Know About
Over the years, there's been a lot of talk about the time changes and just keeping things consistent instead of adjusting our clocks twice a year.
As of right now, there are only two states in the nation that don't recognize daylight savings time: Arizona and Hawaii.
I have no idea why more states have not joined this effort.
I totally understand the reasoning in Hawaii; they're incredibly close to the equator, so there's very little daylight shift from season to season.
However, in addition to the frustration involved with switching our clocks back or forward, numerous studies have also indicated that there are health impacts that come along with the time change.

Working in media for as long as I have the time changes, most certainly mess with me.
There is no normal schedule in media, and whether one falls back or springs forward, it can be tough to get back on track with sleeping.
By far, the worst time change is in spring are when the clocks shift forward an hour.
It's already challenging to go to bed as early as I do just so I can be rested and get up at 3:30 a.m.
One thing is for sure: I would advocate for eliminating daylight savings time in the United States, if nothing else at least here in Montana.
I know there's been talk in the state legislature about doing this.
Whether or not it will happen, your guess is as good as mine.
