Two Honduran Nationals have been arrested after trying to smuggle six illegal aliens into Montana. Jorge Orellana, 23( pictured below), and Jose Torrez,38 (pictured above), were arrested Saturday, May 21 just outside of Sweetgrass. Border patrol officers say the two men and the six illegals were in a vehicle that was being followed by agents. When their vehicle crashed through a fence all got out and started to run. The two men, along with four illegals were captured, but two got away.

Both Torrez and Orellana appeared in federal court today here in Great Falls. Both have been charged with the Illegal Transporation of Aliens and Conspiracy to Transport Aliens.

According to charging documents the six illegals paid anywhere from $4500 to $6000 to be smuggled into Montana. Both Orellana and Torrez entered the country illegally about 14-years-ago and both were deported back to their native Honduras.

The illegals are said to be from Mexico and Honduras.
