Queen Elizabeth
Queen Elizabeth reigned over England longer than any other. She passed away in September.
We lost some country legends this year.
Naomi Judd
Naomi died earlier this year after suffering from years of depression. She was the mother in the dynamic duo The Judds.
We also lost country star Loretta Lynn
We lost country legend Loretta Lynn in October. She was 90.
Meat loaf
Everybody knew him as Meat Loaf but his real name was Marvin Lee Aday. We lost him on January 20th.
Olivia Newton-John
All us guys will remember Olivia wearing those leather pants in the movie Grease where she told John Travolta...."Tell me about it, Stud!" We lost her on August 8th.
James Caan
I will always Remember Caan for two movies. Brian's Song and Honeymoon in Vegas. He died July 6th at age 82.
Kirstie Alley
Kirstie will forever be known for her classic role in Cheers. We lost her about a month ago.
William Hurt
William has always been one of my favorites. He has won all sorts of awards in the movie industry. Must see William Hurt movies in my opinion, Body Heat and The Big Chill.
Ray Liotta
Ray is probably most famous for his role in GoodFellas. He died May 26th at the age of 67.
Sidney Poitier
Sydney was an iconic actor and was the first black to ever win an academy award. He did on January 6th at the age of 94.
Bill Russell
Bill Russell is one of the best basketball players to ever play in the NBA. He played his entire career with the Boston Celtics. He won 11 NBA Titles.
Jerry Lee Lewis
Lewis was often considered the first wild man of Rock & Roll. Probably most famous for the song, Great Balls of Fire. He died at the age of 87.
