The Bottom Line On Montana’s Summer Weather Outlook
Golf Weather Delay
Unfortunately, the crummy weather has delayed the opening of one of our very popular city courses. Yep, Anaconda Hills Golf Course announced that it will be delaying its opening by a few days. At least we're not talking weeks, right?
Damage To Golf Courses
Growing up working on a golf course I totally get this. The course takes a severe beating when the ground is wet and saturated. The biggest concern is making sure that the greens are not damaged. You would not believe the cost of fixing a green if it is damaged. Your firstborn child may not be enough to pay the price. haha.
The initial opening date was set for Saturday, April 6th. The new date has been bumped back three days to Tuesday, April 9th. Here's the post from Anaconda Hills Golf Course.
