A Great Falls man who was part of a big crime story from 2018 is back in prison, this time a federal pen after pleading guilty to a gun crime. 26 year old Zachary Potts was sentenced to four years in prison followed by three years of probation. Police arrested Potts in November of last year after he was found with two pistols which were illegal for him to have since he was on probation due to several prior felonies.

Lets flash back to July 2018.

Potts is the same man that was a major participant in a riot at the Cascade County Jail in 2018.  Video and pictures show Potts destroying sections of the jail. He was arrested with 12 others and charged with rioting. Potts has also been charged with several other felonies in his short life as an adult.
