There are quite a few famous people that have come out of Great Falls, Montana. Probably the most famous one to come out of the Electric City was Charlie Russell, famous western painter. But there are others as well.
Charlie Pride lived here for several years and got his music career going thanks to 560 KMON who was the first radio station to play his music. He finished with four Grammy's and a bunch of top ten country hits.
Another famous person from Great Falls was Walter Breuning, he was one of the oldest living people ever in the world. He passed away at the age of 114.
Tracy Gold was from Great Falls. She is an actress who has been in several movies and television shows including Growing Pains.
Comedian, Musician and performance artist Reggie Watts is from Great Falls.
Lones Wigger is from Great Falls. Who is he? He won two gold medals in sport shooting at the Olympics. He was later inducted into the Olympic Hall of Fame.
Here's one for you. Bob Woolf is from here. He is even in the Mascot Hall of Fame. He was the Phoenix Suns Gorilla mascot in the NBA.
