Learning to have a voice is one of the most essential skills a person can build upon. For children, it starts at learning to speak up for themselves and voice what it is they need. For adults, it's not that different except in most cases you're having to stand up for a cause... or yourself.

Speech & Debate Tournament At Great Falls High School

The young minds of Great Falls understand the importance of speaking up, especially the speech and debate students of Great Falls.

Great Falls High School is hosting a Speech & Debate Tournament on Friday, November 14th from 3 PM to 10 PM and Saturday, November 15th from 8 AM to 6 PM. The schools featured in the tournament will be CMR, Great Falls High, and Saint Patrick's Academy according to the event's flyer.

The stage is all but set for students to let their voices be heard, but there is still a major component of the tournament that needs attention.

Judges For The Speech & Debate Tournament At Great Falls High Are Needed

That's right, the tournament is looking for judges for the event and no previous experience is necessary. As a matter of fact, the organizers are providing training videos to help give judges a better understanding of how to judge the participants.

Judges are asked to show up 15 minutes early and for those wondering, food and beverages will be provided throughout the day.
