Montana Chef Enters Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen
Hell's Kitchen is a reality-based competitive cooking show that has some of America's best chefs competing against one another for the prize of working for Gordon Ramsay as one of his head chefs.
My wife and I have always been huge fans of the show and I'm proud/ashamed to say that we've seen every... single.. season.

Each season comes with a new theme for the chefs and this year, it's "Battle of the States."
The show's 24th season kicked off last night and began with all fifty states before quickly being narrowed down to 20 contestants from states that include Colorado, Texas, California, and... Montana.
Who Is Representing Montana in Hell's Kitchen?
As we learned in the season's first episode, Montana made the cut thanks to Chef Chase Cardoza, who will be representing Montana on the 10-man "Blue Team" to get the season started.

According to his official Instagram page, Chef Chase Cardoza is an owner and chef at Nine Lazy M and Executive Chef at One Legged Magpie in Red Lodge, Montana. Just by looking at Chase's photos of his tasty creations, you can tell he's ready to hold his own and leave his mark on Hell's Kitchen.
Throughout the season, the Blue Team will compete against the "Red Team", which consists of 10 women, in various elimination challenges.
Typically, whenever a team loses, members are forced to pick two candidates to put up for elimination at the end of the episode. Last night, Chef Cardoza competed in the "Signature Dish Challenge" where he faced off against Chef Anaiya of Delaware.
I don't want to spoil how it turned out but you better believe when Chef Cardoza wins the entire competition, we won't wait to let you know!
Episode two of season twenty-four airs Thursday (Oct. 2) on FOX. Good luck to Chef Cardoza!
