States Struggling With Hiring
Montana is by no means alone when it comes to hiring employees; however, we are struggling more than most other states in the nation.
To find out where the Treasure State ranked; WalletHub compared all 50 states and the District of Columbia and looked at the job opening rate last month and over the previous 12 months.
- Job Openings Rate (Latest Month): Double Weight (~66.67 Points)
- Job Openings Rate (Last 12 Months): Full Weight (~33.33 Points)
