How To Get Rid Of Unwanted Pesticides In Central Montana

Pesticides and chemicals tend to accumulate in the corners of shops and garages over time, and properly disposing of these pesticides can be a bit challenging.

To help alleviate this issue, the Montana Department of Agriculture is putting on a pesticide disposal event throughout central Montana in September.

Since 1994, this program has collected and disposed of an impressive 780,000 pounds of pesticide waste from over 1800 participants.

Proper Pesticide Disposal

Needless to say, properly recycling pesticides is incredibly important.

Improperly disposing of pesticides can do significant harm to the environment.

It can also raise health concerns if not handled properly.
