Latest Info Regarding Shots Fired In Great Falls On Wednesday
According to the Great Falls Police Department, on Wednesday, October 30th, at approximately 5:17 PM, dispatchers received a call reporting gunfire in the 200 block of 8th St., North in Great Falls.
Officers responded and were on the scene within moments of the report.
After the initial response, 14 additional officers responded to the area, including detectives and Montana Probation and Parole Officers.

Shots Fired In Downtown Great Falls
Officers talked with numerous witnesses on site who provided additional details and descriptions of the individuals who fled the scene following the initial report of gunshots.
This information was critical in tracking down the individuals involved in the shooting.
Within 30 minutes of the initial call, the Great Falls Police Department had successfully located the vehicle described by witnesses and detained the occupants.
Shooting Investigation Great Falls
During the investigation, officers determined that a firearm had been discharged; however, no one sustained any injuries.
Officers also determined that the incident was not a random act of violence but rather involved individuals who knew each other before the incident.
Arrests and Charges Filed
One juvenile is facing felony charges for criminal endangerment and assault with a weapon.
The two other juveniles were charged with accountability to criminal endangerment and accountability to assault with a weapon, which are both felony charges.
