THIS WEEKS MUG SHOTS

It is another week of mug shots from the Cascade County Jail Roster.  All pictures are provided directly to us from the Sheriff's office.  All are innocent until proven guilty in  a court of law.  These are just some of the many that were booked over the last week and these shots are  simply the mug shots of those that have been booked into the county jail.

Below is  Robin Cossins

Robin Cossins was booked into the county jail on a parole violation.  He has two prior convictions for DUI and has served time in state prison according to state prison records.

Donald Kapphan

20-year-old Donald Kapphan has been charged with strangulation of a partner or  family member, burglary and assault.  His bond has been set at $10,000.

Meet 41-year-old Ira Henderson

Henderson is back in jail after violating parole.  He has eight prior convictions ranging from burglary, escape and drugs.  His rap sheet dates back to 1999.

Below is 40-year-old Justin Burshia.  

Burshia was arrested earlier this week at a home in the 1200 block of 6th Avenue South. This is the same home that was raided by police two weeks ago.  Burshia was arrested on a parole violation out of Yellowstone County.  The home raided was a suspected drug house.  The owner of the home is Jack Gallespie who was arrested on drug charges.  He has since bonded out of the county jail and is back living at home and was apparently home the night Burshia was arrested.

Winston Calloway

The 37-year-old Calloway has been charged with seven counts of criminal trespass and a count of theft here in Cascade County.

Our last picture is of Billy Joe Brown

Billy Joe is being held in the county jail on several out of county warrants aod for being a fugitive from justice.

Again, remember that all are innocent until proven guilty.  These are simply the mug shots taken when they are booked on  charges into the county jail.
