We Have All The Info On Yesterday’s takedown At A Great Falls Home.

Here are all the details on yesterday's standoff at a Great Falls home.

Great Falls Police were attempting to serve a 17 year old male with an arrest warrant for an incident that occured the day before at a gathering at the same house, that was  on April 18.  The standoff lasted about an hour before police were able to take 17 year old William Anthony Smock Junior into custody without incident, yesterday April 19.  He is charged today with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and a count of criminal endangerment.

According to court charging documents in the case,  Smock was having some drinks when two girls  showed up to hang out with him.  One of the girls then got into a verbal confrontation with Smock and decided to take one of his beers because, "He was being an asshole" she said to police.  That's when Smock started yelling back.  The girl then exited the home but Smock, who had a gun in his hand, went to the balcony of the home to see where she was.  Police say he then fired two shots.  One into the air and the second directly at the girl missing her by inches.

Police then investigated the case and an arrest warrant was issued for his arrest.  This is not the first time police have dealt with Smock.  According to Cascade County Attorney Josh Racki,  several other charges have been leveled against Smock as a juvenile, including a charge of assault also involving a gun.  He was wearing an ankle monitor at the time of yesterday's arrest and this was for a theft charge, also as a juvenile.  Racki says they are able to charge Smock as an adult this time around because state law allows a 17 year old charged with this type of crime  to be charged as an adult.  A search of the home was made yesterday.  No word on what was found or if they found the weapon used in Tuesday's shooting.

Police were also able to nab 38 year old dusty Anderson who was also at the home.

Anderson was arrested on a separate warrant involving his ditching out on parole from previous charges.  His Montana state rap sheet is below.
