Great Falls Woman With a Troubled Past Facing More Trouble Today.

Her name is Felicia Gallmeier of Great Falls.  Today she is 36 years old.  Her trouble began back when she was 20 when she was charged with a serious robbery. She was sentenced to 120 months in state prison and all of it suspended.  She was then arrested for assaulting a police officer,  again she got 120 months in the state prison all suspended.  So at this point, she's yet to spend any time in the state prison system.

Fast Forward to today,  she's  currently sitting in the Cascade County Jail facing a host of new charges.   She was picked up by police on March 23rd for violating conditions of her release.  She's been charged with failing to register a change of address for a violent offender.

She also has another charge to deal with.  According to charging documents from a 2021 case,  she is also still facing a charge of assaulting another officer.  In this case she allegedly attacked a deputy inside the Cascade  County Jail on April 5, 2021 by side kicking the deputy causing injury.  Apparently when deputies were trying to restrain her, she got upset and kicked the deputy just above the knee.

Why is she still facing a charge from 2021?  According to the county attorney's office, she has been at the state mental hospital in Warm Springs and recently got released and returned to the Great Falls area.  There is some talk that a plea deal is being worked out on her latest charges and the word is she may get probation again.  I will keep you posted.  For now,  she is in the county jail being held without bond at the time of the writing.
