One Frightening Drive Between Montana Towns Left Her Shaken
A Scary Encounter On A Montana Highway
Montana has a lot of highway miles, and let’s be honest, some of them can feel pretty remote and empty.
It was on one of those stretches that a Montana woman had a pretty scary experience.

Followed Along Highway 191 In Montana
It started when Lizette Lamb stopped at a gas station while driving from Roundup to Glasgow and noticed a white pickup with tinted windows and no front license plate. She didn’t think much of it at the time.
But later, driving down Highway 191, she spotted that same truck in her rearview mirror.
And it stayed there. For miles. Speeding up when she sped up, slowing down when she slowed down, getting closer and more aggressive. At one point, it even pulled up alongside her in a way that made it feel very intentional.
Other Women Report Similar Incidents
Lamb says they hit speeds of 80 to 85 miles per hour, and she couldn’t call 911 because of poor cell service, which a lot of us in Montana know about all to well.
She says it wasn’t until she showed that she was armed that things changed. Once the driver and passenger saw that, they turned around and left her alone.
The following day she and her husband shared her story on Facebook; that's when other women chimed in, saying they’ve had similar moments of fear along that same stretch between Roundup and Glasgow.
Now, the Lambs are just reminding people to stay aware and trust their instincts. Sometimes that gut feeling really does matter.
