Two Free Concerts in Great Falls This Weekend!

It's that time again!  The Great Falls Municipal Band Association has their fall concerts this weekend.

On Friday, November 17th at 7pm, the Community Jazz Band, under the direction of John Gemberling, will put on a concert titled "Big Bands - The Second Tier".

On Sunday, November 19th at 6pm, the Community Concert Band, directed by Dennis Granlie, will hold their concert, "Marches, Moods and Movie Music".

Both concerts will be held at New Hope Lutheran Church, 3125 5th Avenue South in Great Falls.  Both concerts are free, but there will be a free-will donation to benefit New Hope Lutheran.

If you don't already, be sure to check out the Great Falls Municipal Band Facebook page to keep up to date on what the three bands (Municipal Band, Concert Band, and Jazz Band) are up to.  I can't say much, but there is a special surprise in the works, so keep your eyes and ears peeled!
