What’s Lurking Inside This Old Montana Shed?
Any time you're moving from state to state, it can be a task that lasts for weeks. Sure, getting to the destination isn't necessarily the hard part. The difficult side is packing, loading, then unpacking and unloading.
And as we all know: you don't realize how much stuff you have until you actually have to sort through it. A good chunk of the time you spend unpacking is spent on putting your items back in a storage space somewhere.
A Forbidden Storage Space In Montana
One of the nice things about the house we're renting is how much storage we have available to us in the house. I emphasize that because we have a shed in our backyard that we're told is: "100% off-limits."

When I heard this, I was being handed the keys so I didn't think much about it until I turned to look at the shed.
"So, what's in the shed?", I asked the realtor.
"Just the personal belongings of the owner, they're the only ones who will have access to it," the realtor shared with me.
As we wrapped up all of the necessary paperwork, I was handed the keys and that was that.

Ever since then, my family and I have been coming up with multiple theories as to what may be in the shed. It has a lock on it which is understandable, but not knowing what's in there does make us curious.
Also, as you can see, there are also no windows.
So, what's in the shed?
Montana Shed Has The Makings Of A Horror Film
As much as we want to know what's in there, we plan on being good tenants who follow the rules. But, I would be lying to you if I didn't tell you that it felt like the premise to a horror film. Shoot, the premise writes itself:
A man moves into a home in Great Falls, Montana with his family, getting what they feel is a great deal. There's just one catch... there's a shed in the backyard.
And it's holding a secret that we may never understand.
Stephen King presents... 'The Shed.'
Okay sorry, I may have gotten a little carried away but tell me that doesn't sound like something that would end up on the SyFy channel on a Saturday afternoon. Shoot, according to Civic Science, about 11% of the population believes that Bigfoot's real so that could technically be one of our theories.

And while Montana does have a law that says realtors have to disclose any "adverse material effects" according to Nolo.com, there is currently no obligation for the realtor to disclose if someone passed away on the property.
