Great Falls Prepares to Welcome New Tasty Pop-Up Coming This May
Man, there's just something about going to eat for dinner that feels "right."
You know what I mean too, I'm talking about the sunset vibe where you're in the car and you're dressed up just a bit more than normal with your significant other in the passenger seat.
And in Montana, there's nothing like a nice, upscale meal on the weekend after a long day's work, am I right?
Great Falls Welcomes New Food Spot Coming in May
Look, any time you have a new dining spot coming to town, you have to be somewhat excited. When scrolling through the ol' Facebook timeline, I noticed a post from Great Falls Mayor Cory Reeves talking about updates for Great Falls and what's happening.
In the post, I noticed he mentioned plans for a new business to open in Great Falls this May: River and Range Bistro.

"River and Range Bistro brings elegant scratch-made cuisine to life in Great Falls, MT," River and Range Bistro says in their Facebook "About Me".
"Enjoy fresh made pasta and food made with love in a comfortable setting. Whether you're craving pasta, meat, seafood, River and Range Bistro is the place to go."
Sounds good, doesn't it? But where will it be located?
Great Falls New Restaurant
You won't have to wait too long to get a bite at the new River and Range Bistro, but you'll need to go while you're able to.
"We are a limited pop up restaurant offering modern, house-made and locally sourced fare," River and Range Bistro said in a post on their Facebook page.

"We are happy to announce that we are going to be hosted by Saibeens Kitchen in the Colombus Center on the second floor. Her hours will remain unchanged and we will be open Friday and Saturdays only from 4-9 pm."
River and Range Bistro Owner, Chef Drew Brennan
Owner and chef, Drew Brennan tells us that he is hoping to bring something different to Montana while staying true to his Montana roots.
"River and Range Bistro is about bringing something a little different to Great Falls—good food that feels real, thoughtful, and rooted in where we live," Chef Brennan told Townsquare Media Great Falls.
"I grew up in Montana hunting, fishing, and foraging, and that connection to the land is everything to me."
Chef Brennan shared that when it comes to food, it's more than just a dish of our favorite tasty flavors.
"Food isn’t just food—it’s memories, it’s time with people you care about, it’s the stories you tell around the table," Chef Brennan says, "That’s what I want this place to feel like. Comfortable, a little romantic, but still down-to-earth."
"Nothing forced, nothing fake—just honest food made with intention. It means a lot to be able to share that with this community.”
