Have you seen the construction at Lions Park, 2701 10th Ave South?  Are you curious what is going on?  Read on to find out about the exciting Recreation Center that will have something for everyone!

The City of Great Falls in conjunction with the Department of Defense has started a project that will turn Great Falls into a “swimmers paradise destination” for the entire state of Montana and the reality is coming sooner than you think!  Construction has started and the excitement is building with each step.

2018 was the last time the city of Great Falls had an indoor public pool, known as the Morony Natatorium Pool.  Since that time Great Falls High School has taken over as host for the state swim meet last year and has recently been awarded the 2023 state of Montana swim meet due to structural problems with the Bozeman pool.  Great Falls High has done a fabulous job as the host site, but is not designed to maintain that type of capacity.  The Aim High Big Sky (name pending) facility will be able to host large events while providing additional recreational opportunities to the community and visitors alike.

Scheduled for completion in spring of 2024 the Aim High Big Sky Recreational Facility will offer a gym, offices, outdoor playground, party rooms, splash pad, lap pool, outdoor court, multipurpose room as well as many other features.  The facility will have state of the art equipment and design guaranteeing years of quality availability.  Stay tuned as details continue to be released on exciting ways to be a part of this project.
