Covington is in jail for allegedly stealing a vehicle. He also has two prior felony convictions. His bond set at $30,000.
Jordan Hopper, 18.
Hopper was allegedly with Covington, the man pictured above, when they stole a car. She is charged with theft. She also had a warrant. Her bond $30,000.
