
Details Released On Overnight Shooting In Great Falls
The Great Falls Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred Wednesday, April 9th, near the intersection of 11th Street South and 4th Avenue South in Great Falls.
Multiple 911 calls were made by community members reporting what they believed to be gunshots in the area.
Overnight Shooting In Great Falls, Montana
At approximately 8:40 PM, officers were dispatched to the area of 11th Street South and 4th Avenue South following reports of gunshots.
Officers quickly arrived on the scene and began investigating the reports.
Their investigations included deploying a drone, collecting evidence, and interviewing witnesses believed to be involved in the incident.
Deputies from the Cascade County Sheriff’s Office also helped with the investigation and searched for two juveniles believed to be connected to the incident.

Individuals Involved In Shooting
Police have confirmed that a 16-year-old male did sustain a minor foot injury that is believed to have been caused by a bullet.
The teen was treated at Benefis Health System's emergency department and later released.
Officers also located two vehicles nearby that showed damage consistent with bullet strikes.
Authorities have identified all the individuals who were involved in the incident.
Great Falls Police believe that this was an isolated event stemming from a conflict between the juveniles and was not a random act of violence.
The investigation is ongoing, and increased Police presence can be expected in this area of town.
