No matter who you are or what you're field you're in, you're going to need a break. Burnout is real and if you're constantly on a non-stop schedule, you run the risk of tiring yourself out both physically and mentally, which can ultimately have a negative affect on different areas of your life.

Montana (And America) Needs A Break!

Whether it's physical or mental, people all across America are feeling their workload catch up to them. According to a report from Forbes, "66% of American employees are experiencing some sort of burnout in 2025."

Forbes also revealed that "81% of 18 to 24 year olds and 83% of 25 to 34 year olds" are reporting burnout, "compared to just 49% of those aged 55 and older."

Sometimes, a drink after work or hanging in the backyard after a long day with a sunset isn't enough to take the edge off. It doesn't have the same impact as venturing out of familiar surroundings to experience the simple things in life somewhere else.
