
Egg Prices Are Cracking Records, How High Is Too High?
It's a well-known fact that the Avian Influenza Outbreak has caused skyrocketing egg prices throughout the United States.
According to sofi.com, the average price for a dozen eggs is just under five dollars.
Certain brands cost more or less, but one thing is for sure: it is definitely steep compared to normal.

Many reports and analysts have anticipated that egg prices will continue to climb, not only due to the avian influenza outbreak, but also due to inflation.
As the price of a dozen eggs continues to rise, I wonder at what point they will become too expensive for people to continue buying them.

I'm sure eggs are a staple in most households in Montana.
I eat a hard-boiled egg almost every morning before work.
And despite the higher prices we have continued to purchase them.
But it did occur to me that if the price hikes continue, we might have to consider cutting back.
I'm curious, with Easter just around the corner, how many families will cut out egg-dying this year due to the price.

Many reports have indicated that the price of eggs has well outpaced inflation here in the United States.
Unfortunately, until eggs become less scarce in the United States, prices will inevitably continue to climb.
