Where Should Texas Roadhouse Be Located In Great Falls?
By now, I'm sure you've heard the rumors that Texas Roadhouse will eventually come to Great Falls.
There have been a few hiccups in that process, assuming they will eventually call Great Falls home.
Tammie Toren had an excellent write-up about the debacle with the mall, Ross Dress for Less, and Texas Roadhouse just the other day.

But staying on that topic, if Texas Roadhouse does not move to the location on 10th ave, where might be another good location for them?
Needless to say, there are quite a few vacant lots around town where they could build from scratch.
However, considering the asking price for many of these locations, it is likely less than feasible.
But there are a few places that come to mind that potentially could work.
Retail Space In Great Falls
First would be the old ShopKo location.
This location has ample parking, is accessible, and is honestly a blank slate with more than enough space.
Or how about right along the river?
I'm talking about the old building just past the bridge off Central Ave., West.
Again, this would take some serious renovation, and parking might be an issue, but what a cool location!
The last place that comes to mind is in Marketplace.
There is a vacant space in the Westwood Plaza right next to Staples.
This might be too small for Texas Roadhouse, but it is possible.
Let me know your thoughts.
Where should it go if Texas Roadhouse doesn't move into the old location?
